Good morning everyone, I am Geom. Davide Carnevali, partner of 'Cava S.n.c.', a real estate brokerage company that has been operating consistently for over 15 years in the Erba area and the province of Como. I was born and raised in the Erba area, and after a brief experience in my father’s technical office (a surveyor for 40 years), I decided to pursue an activity that better reflected my character and my inclination toward the commercial aspects of the real estate world. In 2006, after obtaining the professional qualification to carry out brokerage activities, my cousin Mauro (Rag. Nava) and I opened our own real estate agency in the Municipality of Erba (Co) under the registered trademark 'Il Polo Immobiliare'. The idea behind the brand was to create an innovative project that, through the figure of a skilled professional, could offer a comprehensive 360° service like a 'Polo', where the core is the client, who can benefit from full commercial and technical consulting.
Ever more convinced and aware of the importance of protecting our clients, over the years I have taken on and continue to hold roles and positions within FIMAA Como (the association we have been a part of since we opened our business), including Vice President, Head of the Public Relations Committee, and price surveyor for the Real Estate Price List. Furthermore, since November 2017, I have been listed in the 'Role of Appraisers and Experts' of the Como Court.
Finally, my inclination towards associative life led me to also engage with Confcommercio: indeed, since January 2018, I have been elected President of the 'Young Entrepreneurs Group' of Confcommercio Como. Thanks to this involvement, I was elected President of the 'Como Young Entrepreneurs Coordination Committee' in June 2018, which brings together, at the same table, trade associations and professional orders.
